By accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

02Intellectual Property

The Platform is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Platform (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

Course material provided by tutors and mentors is the property of the respective content creators or Studeylearn. You are granted a limited license to access this content for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

03User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass any security measures of the Platform.
  • Engage in automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Platform.
  • Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or mentors.

04Payments and Subscriptions

Studeylearn offers both free and premium services. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Platform. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date.

Billing: We use third-party payment processors. You will be charged according to the plan you select.

Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

05Usage of AI Tools

Our AI tools (AI Chat, Quiz, Summarizer) are designed to enhance your learning experience. By using them, you agree:

  • AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or biased.
  • Users should verify critical information from primary educational sources.
  • Misuse of AI tools for academic dishonesty or generating harmful content is strictly prohibited.

06Limitation of Liability

In no event will Studeylearn, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected immediately.

07Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users of the Platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

08Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of the Platform shall be instituted in Lagos, Nigeria.

09Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates.

10Acceptable Use

You may not access or use the Platform for any purpose other than that for which we make the Platform available. The Platform may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
